Product :
 Sheet attachment to lab extruder consist of Coat Hanger Type ‘T’die with chilled roll assembly and take off equipment 
Specifications:

  • ’T’ die in SS, available in 75 mm, 100mm, 125mm and 150mm with plate heaters
  • Chilled Roll Assembly
  • Chilled rolls in SS with universal joints.
  • Rolls are mirror finished with individual ACVF drives.
  • Take OFF assembly.
  • With nip rolls with ACVF drive to adjust with chilled rolls speed.

Applications:

To produce small width sheets for various testing like processibility of polymer/ compound, abrassion and other physical tests.
